1. Who I am

This site and its mentorship are operated by Adam Harcourt, a sole trader. Contact: adamjharcourt@gmail.com.

2. Using the site

The site's content is for general information and personal development. You may read and use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, or sell the content without my written permission. You must be 18 or over to create an account or purchase mentorship.

3. What mentorship is

Belief Architecture Mentorship is one-to-one personal development mentorship based on my own lived experience. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, coaching under any professional licence, or medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. I hold no professional qualifications in these fields. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions and their results. The Disclaimer forms part of these terms.

4. Products and pricing

• 1:1 Mentorship Session (1 hour): a single one-hour session, paid once.
• 1:1 Mentorship, Monthly (4 sessions): four one-hour sessions per calendar month, billed monthly in advance. Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change; changes do not affect sessions already paid for. Payment is taken by Stripe at the time of purchase.

5. Booking, rescheduling, and cancellation

After payment you will request a session time on the site. I will confirm it by email. A session is booked only once I have confirmed it.

Rescheduling. You may reschedule a confirmed session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

Late cancellation and no-shows. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not attend, the session is treated as delivered and is not refunded or rescheduled, except at my discretion.

If I need to cancel or reschedule, I will offer you a new time or a full refund for that session.

6. Refunds

Single sessions. A full refund is available on request at any time before the session has been delivered, subject to section 7 below. Once a session has been delivered, it is not refundable.

Monthly plan. You may cancel the plan at any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Payments already made for the current month are not refunded, except for any sessions I cancel and cannot reschedule.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

7. Right to cancel (EU and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to cancel a purchase of services within 14 days without giving a reason. By ticking the box at checkout, you ask me to begin the service within that 14-day period and acknowledge that once a session has been delivered, you lose the right to cancel that session for a refund. For any sessions not yet delivered, your right to cancel and receive a refund for them remains.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to attend sessions on time, to be honest about anything relevant to our work together, and to seek appropriate professional help for any medical, mental health, legal, or financial matter. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services; mentorship is not an emergency service.

9. Confidentiality

I keep what you share in sessions private, as described in the Privacy Policy. I will not share it unless required by law or where I believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.

10. Recording

Sessions are not recorded unless you agree in advance. You may withdraw that agreement at any time, and any recording will be deleted on request.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of the site or from mentorship, whether direct or indirect. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the session or month in question.

12. Changes

I may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the date of the change. The current version is always at whoisadam.com/terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Greece. Nothing in this clause removes protections you are entitled to as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
